全国中小学语文素养大赛从形式到内容贴近母语的文化精髓，贴近学生的生活和心灵，使全体参赛学生在学习、应用、感受、体悟语文的生活中，真正领悟语文的魅力，展现自己独特的语文风采。

The format and content of the Nationwide Schools Language Proficiency Contest relate very closely to our Chinese culture, and the heart and life of our students. It also encourages its participants to demonstrate the power, application and appreciation of the very unique Chinese language.

广东赛区初赛于2017年11月26日举行，丽中小学一至六年级共46人参加比赛，22人获奖，其中一等奖9人，二等奖7人，三等奖6人。广东赛区复赛于2017年12月29-31日在广东省江门市举办，丽中小学参赛选手获得多项奖项，取得优异成绩，其中4C班的张伊诺表现最为突出，斩获个人全能金奖、个人全能一等奖、经典诵读一等奖、写作二等奖四项项大奖，4F班张钧睿荣获个人全能三等奖、经典诵读三等奖，2B班蒙子宁以及4B班甘钰涵荣获经典诵读三等奖、个人全能优胜奖，5D班赵小慧个人全能优胜奖。祝贺以上同学在广东省省赛上取得的卓越成绩，期待张伊诺和张钧睿在全国总决赛中的精彩表现。

The preliminary round in Guangdong province was held on November 26, 2017. There were 46 students from Regents Primary School taking part. In total, 9 received the first class, 7 second class, and 6 third class awards. The second round of the Guangdong Division was held on 29-31 December, 2017 at the city of Jiangmen, Guangdong Province. Again, our students performed splendidly, esp 4C Zhang Yi Nuo（张伊诺）, winning the individual all-round gold, individual all-round first class, choral speaking first class and writing second class awards. 4F Zhang Jun Rui（张钧睿） also got the individual all-round third class and choral speaking third class awards.  2B Meng Zi Ning（蒙子宁）and 4B Gan Yu Han（甘钰涵） received the choral speaking third class award and all-round individual merit award. Finally, 5D Zhao Xiao Hui(赵小慧） got the individual all-round merit award. Congratulations to all these students, and wish Zhang Yi Nuo(张伊诺)and Zhang Jun Rui (张钧睿）another wonderful performance in the coming nationwide final.
